Not too big of a place, but plenty of room for our large party. We had Lindsey as our server, and she was extremely attentive. The food was phenomenal (get the jumbalaya!). I was allowed to bring in a cake i made, and they made sure we had everything we needed. 100% coming back!
Exemplary service from Kristine who was super kind. Food was outstanding. Had Murica chicken sandwich and chicken salad sandwich which had unbelievable tastes! Crunchy potato chips on top of sandwich. Ceasars salad had a unique touch with seasoned cheezits on top.
Food was fire!!!! Myself, Fiance and 5 kids ages 11,8,5,3,2 were looking for a restaurant with a family friendly vibe and great food! We went on a Sunday afternoon! Our waitress was amazing!! She was so attentive, kind and great vibes!! We had the pimento cheese and ritz crackers for an app!! The kids and I tore it up! We had fried wings(naked) with sauce on the side(vinegar bbq and Carolina gold(amazing my favorite sauce)). Grilled wings(lemon pepper dry rub). Red beans and rice. The red beans and rice were so good i thought i was at home eating my own. The long cooked green beans(amazing), Mac and cheese and the Maque Choux!! Loved it the chicken was the flavor of Kentucky fried original recipe without all the grease!! Definitely would go again!!
Loved it!! It's kind of unimposing from the exterior but when I searched it on Google, I knew it was going to be something glorious on the interior. It's exactly what you could think of when the food is described as Southern down home ...
We loved the food and atmosphere, it reminded us of a trip to Hilton head. We had the grilled carrots which were fantastic. I highly recommend the Nashville hot sandwiches, but it's definitely only for those who love a strong spicy kick.
Hands down the best chicken sandwich I have ever had! I have had plenty. Generally don't see what is to get excited about. Like Chick-fil-A...nothing about that is good. I have a guilty pleasure about original Burger King chicken sandwiches, but that is what it is. Usually, if I go with a chicken sandwich, I will go with a Nashville Hot. I was offered something different here, and it was well worth it! The JFC!!
Absolutely wonderful!!!! The food is cooked to perfection and so fresh! I was sad to know the chicken and waffles is no longer on the menu which is something people have loved and I wanted to try. But the chicken wings were juicy and the batter is delightfully light and crispy. The macaroni and cheese side was amazing, light and flavorful. The green beans were left wanting. I had no desire to finish them or take them with me for another try. My server was absolutely delightful. I also started with the fried green tomatoes which came on a bed of coleslaw, the BEST coleslaw I have ever tasted
For a while now, I’ve heard about how good this place was. Finally, I had the opportunity to try it and it did not disappoint. Everything is super delicious and bursting with flavor. It might not be the healthiest meal of your week but it will definitely be one of the best. I was particularly surprised at how much I enjoyed the addition of salami to the Cuban sandwich. It adds a little kick that really works. I will definitely be back in the future.
